Company Description
Vesatogo Innovations is an agritech startup (DPIIT recognised), working on reimagining the rural mobility landscape for the agrarian community. They are working in close association with the Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) (and agribusinesses) and their associated smallholder farmers for optimising their procurement process and farm operations. For this, they provide web based software solutions to FPOs and mobile based platforms to farmers. Through the system, they achieve supply side aggregation for the FPOs and demand and market side visibility and aggregated logistics to the farmers and these onboarded FPOs.
Job Role:
Design and build advanced applications for the Android and IOS platform.
Work with outside data sources and APIs.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.
Conceptualising and formulating apps that are suitable for use on all types of Android devices.
Implementing measures to safeguard user's data.
Proofreading the code and correcting mistakes before each app is released.
Collaborating with UI and UX Designers, as well as Software Testers, to ensure that each app is presentable and in perfect working order.
Monitoring app reviews to detect areas for improvement.
Creating app updates, including bug fixes and additional features, for release.
Skills:
Understanding various non-functional aspects in mobile application design and providing a solution to optimise performance, scalability etc.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Defining the overall technical architecture for the mobile application that is envisioned with the stakeholder.
Defining the technical requirements for the implementation of the mobile solution.
Experience in developing reusable artefacts/frameworks, reusable assets, Industry. Solutions, reference architecture, design, development and QA best practice.
Experienced in designing and developing mobile sdk and integrating mobile apps with web-services and external API.
Understanding of mobile security protocols, analytics and social channel integration.
Desired Skills and Experience
Flutter, Dart, Java, Objective-C or Swift, REST APIs
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in devops, design and development
